Managed print business Vine Street Solutions has expanded into the US market with the opening of a New York office.

Greg Downer's business has opened a base on 5th Avenue as it seeks to expand its client base in North America.

Downer has spent the last 28 years in the industry, directly selling copier solutions to many new start and established clients in the investment, property, hedge fund, creative digital and tech world across London, Emea, the US and Canada.

London-based Vine Street opened in November 2016 to offer firms services including print governance, optimisation and management, with partners including Canon, Ricoh and Konica Minolta.

The firm aims to assist with print device selection, processes, installation and aftercare, including implementing secure print management, assessment of the efficiency of current devices and proactive monitoring of equipment.

“We are delighted to open the New York office, which will give us a good platform to increase our market share in the US and is evidence of the fast pace of growth at Vine Street both in Europe and further afield," he said.
